Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Optional:
- 2 tbsp. honey, if you like it sweeter
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, if you like it hotter
- 1 tsp. turmeric for health
Process
- Mince the garlic and ginger finely. You can use a food processor if you have one.
- Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
- Serve! Drizzle over your favorite fresh salad for a nice, healthy meal.
