Garlic-Ginger Salad Dressing


Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Optional:

  • 2 tbsp. honey, if you like it sweeter
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, if you like it hotter
  • 1 tsp. turmeric for health

Process

  1. Mince the garlic and ginger finely. You can use a food processor if you have one.
  2. Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Serve! Drizzle over your favorite fresh salad for a nice, healthy meal.
