This thing was a beast. Dense, flavorful…decadent.

If you like a good cheesecake, you owe it to yourself to bake this recipe at least once in your life. It puts commercial cheesecakes to shame. And best of all, it’s all ingredients that you know and understand: cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla. No wacky additives, no crazy culinary tricks. Just good old-fashioned home cooking.
