This recipe converts any box of cake mix into tasty, soft cookies. These bad boys are usually gone within 24 hours of the bake because everybody in the house loves them. And just to sweeten the pot, they are super easy to bake!

Ingredients

• 1 box of cake mix. We recommend using Funfetti cake mix.
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)

Process

1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Mix the cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl.
3. In a small bowl, mix the eggs, oil, and vanilla.
4. Add the egg mix to the cake mix and stir until the dough is smooth and fluffy.
5. If using sprinkles, mix them into the dough now.
6. Place a silpat or some cooking spray on a baking sheet.
7. Place even-sized scoops of dough about an inch apart on the baking sheet.
8. Bake for 9-12 minutes, then remove from the oven, cool for five minutes, and transfer to a cooling rack.
9. Consume! These cookies never last long in our house. They’re great with milk, coffee, or just double-fisted raw.
