Thai-Style Peanut Sauce


This Thai-style peanut sauce is a great dip for chicken satay, spring rolls, or vegetables. It can also be used on grilled meats or as a sauce in noodles or rice!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon water

Process

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients except the water together in a bowl.
  2. If the sauce is too thick, add the water a little at a time until the consistency is to your liking.
  3. Serve!
