This Thai-style peanut sauce is a great dip for chicken satay, spring rolls, or vegetables. It can also be used on grilled meats or as a sauce in noodles or rice!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon water
Process
- Whisk all of the ingredients except the water together in a bowl.
- If the sauce is too thick, add the water a little at a time until the consistency is to your liking.
- Serve!
