The Menu: Week of February 8, 2026


This week’s menu features an entree soup, entree salad, and meatless pasta dish. Tonight – Super Bowl Sunday – we’ll be out at a social event so there’s no need to cook a structured meal. Monday will feature our soup of the week, our version of Zuppa Toscana. Tuesday is an entree Chef Salad with small baked potatoes, because the potatoes in our bag were smaller than usual. Wednesday we’ll be making homemade Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, but with provolone instead of cheez whiz. Thursday we’ll attempt some hot chicken tenders, and we’ll cap the week off with meatless Penne alla Vodka on Friday and a tray of nachos on Saturday.

This week’s menu gives us several new recipes to add to our recipe collection, and hopefully we’ll be able to add some more engaging content as we begin the process of bringing this page up to speed. Bon appetit, and enjoy your week!
