Savory chicken thighs meet a sweet and spicy sauce in this dish. Serve it alongside some fluffy rice, add a dash of hot sauce or Mae Ploy, and go nuts!
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 recipe of Bang Bang Sauce (you can use brand-name sauces if you prefer)
Process
- Rub the chicken thighs with the salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the oil to a cast-iron skillet (or a large skillet). Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs, cooking for 5 minutes per side or until the chicken is done (165 degree internal temperature).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Pour the Bang Bang sauce into the skillet. Stir, scraping up the bits from the pan, and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Place the chicken thighs back in the skillet and coat them with the sauce.
- Serve, and enjoy!
