Bang Bang Chicken Thighs

Savory chicken thighs meet a sweet and spicy sauce in this dish. Serve it alongside some fluffy rice, add a dash of hot sauce or Mae Ploy, and go nuts!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 recipe of Bang Bang Sauce (you can use brand-name sauces if you prefer)

Process

  1. Rub the chicken thighs with the salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add the oil to a cast-iron skillet (or a large skillet). Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs, cooking for 5 minutes per side or until the chicken is done (165 degree internal temperature).
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Pour the Bang Bang sauce into the skillet. Stir, scraping up the bits from the pan, and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken thighs back in the skillet and coat them with the sauce.
  6. Serve, and enjoy!
