All the savory flavors of tacos mixed with the toothsome goodness of pasta. What’s not to love?
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound large shells pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Process
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- While the pasta boils, cook the meat in a skillet. Season it with the garlic salt. Once the meat is browned, drain the fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the meat, and cook until the water is gone.
- Add the pasta, salsa, and cheese to the pan.
- Stir to combine, then serve and eat! I like to add a generous dash of sriracha to mine before eating. You could also add taco sauce, green chili sauce, or any other flavors you like!
