This gooey Brie dip is a fantastic thing to serve if you’re having company, going to a party, or just love melty cheese. We don’t make this one nearly enough!
Ingredients
- Approximately 13 ounces of Brie cheese, cubed, with rinds removed
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- Approx. 1 tbsp. olive oil
Process
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Brush or rub the olive oil into a baking dish. We use a special ceramic serving dish, but you could use an 8×8 glass baking dish.
- Put the cubed brie into the dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the rosemary, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Spoon the herb mix over the brie.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes and serve immediately. This goes great with fancy crackers or baguettes!
