This flavorful marinade is easy to make and adds a lot of flavor to proteins such as chicken or pork. If you like, you can easily spice it up by adding more hot sauce or some hoisin sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 heaping tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp. sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp. minced or crushed ginger
- 1/2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Process
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or liquid measuring cup.
- Place your selected protein in a container with a lid — we use Pyrex glass dishes, but you could use tupperware if you prefer.
- Pour the marinade over the protein. Flip the protein over a few times to cover it evenly, then cover the dish tightly.
- Place in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
- Cook your protein and enjoy!
