Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (you may use more if you like your pork sweeter)
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. ground mustard
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Process
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Sprinkle it onto your meat before cooking and rub it in with your fingers. Let the meat sit and absorb the rub for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
