Cheeseburger Sliders

The only thing better than cheeseburgers is tiny cheeseburgers.

Ingredients

Sliders
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 6 slices of sliced cheddar cheese
glaze
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds

Process

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. In a big bowl, mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper. Put the meat mixture into a quarter-sheet baking dish. Bake until the patty is medium-rare, about 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Put the bottom half into a 9×13 baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard over the bottom half.
  4. When the beef is done, use two spatulas to place it over the prepared bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Layer the sliced pickles and cheddar cheese over the meat.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the meat layer.
  7. Mix the glaze: put the garlic powder and sesame seeds in the melted butter, and brush it over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake the sliders for 15 minutes.
  9. Slice into individual sliders using a serrated knife and serve immediately.

Serve these little guys with fries, tater tots, or chips!
